I use Window 10 Edge. The system dose not recognize my DVD machine. Simply no drive indication. So I download a DVD driver from LG website. But is doesn't work, and I cannot find a good driver from Sony website. Now the computer works without a DVD drive. The current problem is that the computer shutdown unexpetly , repeatedly whenever I play an online video. All other types of work the computer handles as good as usual and as long 10 hours consecutively.
