| image | An image of the championship belt. |
| image_size | Image width (defaults to 220px if empty). |
| alt | Alternative text for the first image, for people who can't see the image. See WP:ALT. |
| image2 | A second image if the championship is represented by more than one belt. |
| image_size2 | Insert image width of the second image (defaults to 220px if empty). |
| alt2 | Alternative text for the second image, for people who can't see the image. See WP:ALT. |
| caption | A caption explaining the image(s). May include the dates of when the design was used. |
| currentholder | The current title holder. If this is a retired championship, use finalchamp= instead. |
| won | The date the current title holder won the belt. Do not use if this is a retired championship. |
| aired | The date the title win was aired on television due to broadcast delay, if different from won. |
| created | The date the championship was created. |
| retired | The date the title was retired, for inactive championships. |
| promotion | The promotion that controls the championship. |
| brand | For WWE related championships, the brand(s) controls the championship (Raw, SmackDown and ECW). |
| firstchamp | The first champion. |
| finalchamp | The final champion, if the title is retired. Otherwise, use currentchamp=. |
| mostreigns | The person with the most title reigns followed by the amount of reigns. A link to a list of champions may be added. |
| longestreign | The person with the longest reign followed by the length of the reign. A link to a list of championship reigns by length may be added. |
| shortestreign | The person with the shortest reign followed by the length of the reign. |
| oldest | The oldest person to win the title followed by their age at the time of the title win. Use {{Age in years and days}}. |
| youngest | The youngest person to win the title followed by their age at the time of the title win. Use {{Age in years and days}}. |
| heaviest | The heaviest person to hold the title followed by their weight. Use {{Convert}}. |
| lightest | The lightest person to hold the title followed by their weight. Use {{Convert}}. |
| pastnames | Past names of the title. See WP:BULLETLIST. |
| pastlookimages | Images of past belt designs. Preferably at 50px. |
